I am an Architect and Urban Planner whit a degree from Santa Ursula University - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil -, with over 10  years of experience working in architectural projects. Specialist in design and production of physical models.

 

This experience includes working on several stages of the development of architectural and urban planning projects – preliminary design, specifications, construction drawings, urban planning maps, surveys, descriptive and quantitative reports, and monitoring the approval process by state agencies.

 

Additional experience in dealing directly with clients and managing the overall flow of documents both for each individual project and for the office as a whole. Development and management of reports and worksheets aiming at controlling the workflow throughout the projects.

 

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm.
